ICC, Web Analytics provider, was launched in 1999 by a group of IT professionals as a PR consultancy dealing with internet issues.
The diverse backgrounds and skill sets of the team members (who had worked in numerous European countries and in the US), allowed ICC to start offering innovative tools to SMEs to help them boost their core business.            

A member of IAB (since 2001) and of the Web Analytics Association, ICC has always studied carefully the rapidly changing trends in online behavior, catering to the needs of its clients while refining its CRM policies and implementing the 1-to-1 marketing philosophy.

The limitations and unreliability of the information supplied by log files, along with by the complex, prolonged, costly task of processing that information and the poor quality of the results obtained – led ICC in the year 2000 to concentrate all of its efforts on the creation of a powerful, innovative Web Analytics solution using BBM technology. That solution is called ImetriX.
